“Environmental Graphics” or project identification signage is by far a projects best first impression.  In addition to conveying ownership and identification it demonstrates a vision for the project and sets the tone for the entire development.  It is rare to find a really great looking sign on a poorly developed site and vice versa. As a result, the design of the entry sign sets an early expectation for the property and is an important design aspect. The flavor and essence of the entry sign should carry through to the rest of the environmental graphics and feel comfortably married to the architecture and other site elements.
