While at EDSA, Katy Magley was selected to be the Project Manager to lead a team on the design of the restoration of the Stouffer Vinoy Resort. This property was in a state of disrepair and needed considerable work. Research was done in the local libraries to determine what how the outside function spaces were used. The design implemented these findings with fountains and citrus plantings. Katy also worked with the Women’s Tennis Association to create a tennis complex that included all three types of playing surfaces. EDSA provided full landscape architectural services from conceptual design though construction administration.
