Beazer Homes hired Magley Design to create an entrance, model center and amenity area for a new development in Osceola County. The design theme included elements from the equestrian community and from the historic nature of the communities nearby. The main entrance and sign used native plants and natural materials such as a hammered copper sign with bronze frame and period lighting with retro colored glass. The client wished to have a ’Zen Garden’ between the parking for the models and the model center to enhance the guest experience and allow them a quite respite to enjoy the atmosphere. The deign used element of the equestrian community ion the form authentic wood rail fencing in cooperation with built in benches that harken back to those that may have been found in a historic town square in the early 1900’s.
