As part of the City of Orlando’s continuing Services contracts for Landscape Architecture, Magley Design was commissioned to create a vibrant outdoor seating are for usage by visitors, students and activity groups for the purpose of group and individual congregation.  Being in Loch Haven all development is required to be incorporated into the master plan and abide by the guidelines established at its inception through a grant.  Additionally the location at the top of ‘The Bowl’ required its design and placement be sensitive to the entities comprising the Loch Haven Cultural Center.  The final deign incorporates a place for a temporary stage, informal seating for student group lunches and instruction and a rubberized mulch surface that keeps the area looking natural.
