In 2005, as project leader for HHI Design, Rick Magley was commissioned
to design all of the common areas for a high end single family
development in the City of Ocoee Florida. Included in the design were all
the common spaces such as the entry walls, perimeter walls, landscaping
and irrigation design, pool and pool amenity areas, parks and native
buffers. Lotting had been previously completed by a local engineering
firm. A classic southeastern US design theme was chosen to fit into the
Ocoee community, and adapted to fit the needs of the builder/client,
Beazer Homes.
